World’s most advanced NAND in a data center SSD

The Micron 7450 NVMe SSD enables storage for cloud-scale and enterprise data centers to support a variety of workloads. Built on Micron’s state-of-the-art 176-layer NAND, the 7450 SSD is available in the broadest range of PCIe® Gen4 SSD form factors, enabling it to be used for all major platform functions (boot, cache and main data storage).

The Micron 7450 SSD consistently delivers 2ms and lower latency for 99.9999% QoS¹ and offers next-generation security features such as Micron’s unique Secure Execution Environment.² The 7450 SSD is designed for high-capacity SSD needs and includes a PCIe Gen4 M.2 22x80mm with power-loss protection model — specifically designed for server boot use. Additionally, the Micron 7450 SSD supports OCP NVMe SSD 2.0³ ― providing the intelligent management that facilitates rapid and proactive resolution of common data center challenges.

1. Up to queue depth = 64 for 4KB, 100% random, 90% read workload and up to queue depth = 32 for 4KB, 100% random, 70% read workload.
2. An isolated security processing engine within the SSD controller. No hardware, software or system can provide absolute security under all conditions.
